Re-yingcai®选矿消泡剂是矿物浮选工艺中关键的辅助药剂，用于精准控制泡沫层厚度，提升分选效率与生产稳定性。其核心功能是通过破坏泡沫液膜结构、降低表面张力、加速液膜排液，实现对过量、顽固泡沫的快速消除与长效抑制，避免泡沫溢槽、设备堵塞、精矿品位下降等生产风险。

快速破泡选矿过程中（特别是浮选）由于添加了各种起泡剂以及矿石中的细泥，会产生大量泡沫。选矿消泡剂必须能迅速降低泡沫表面张力，使泡沫在接触后瞬间破裂。

矿浆通常在大型搅拌槽或管道中连续流动，容易持续产生泡沫。优质的选矿消泡剂不仅要求消泡快，还要求能在液相中长时间存在，抑制泡沫的再次生成，防止泡沫溢出槽体
