Warranty and After-Sales Service Notice*

    1. If any abnormal condition occurs during product use, such as product deterioration, unsatisfactory performance, damaged packaging, or other quality-related issues, please contact your purchase channel or the YINGCAI after-sales service team as soon as possible. Do not handle the product improperly or mix it with unknown chemicals without guidance, as this may cause safety or usage risks.

    2. This after-sales service form should be completed by the purchaser or the authorized purchasing representative. If you have any questions while filling in the form, please contact YINGCAI’s local after-sales service center or obtain contact information through our official website.

    3. After submitting the after-sales service request with relevant supporting documents, such as purchase records, product photos, packaging photos, or product condition descriptions, you will receive an email containing your after-sales service request code.

    4. YINGCAI reserves the right to reject after-sales service requests under the following circumstances: the product issue is not caused by product quality; the product has been replaced, modified, mixed, or handled without prior approval from YINGCAI; the product does not meet warranty conditions, such as exceeding the warranty period or being purchased through unofficial channels; or the information provided is false, incomplete, or invalid.
