The nano coating forms a dense protective layer on the surface of photovoltaic glass, effectively resisting corrosion caused by industrial pollution, acid rain and alkaline deposits. With excellent chemical inertness, it greatly reduces the risk of glass corrosion and weathering caused by long-term exposure to harsh environments, ensuring stable operation of photovoltaic modules under complex climate conditions and extending the service life of the glass substrate.
Excellent Self-Cleaning Performance, Higher Power Generation Efficiency
The coating has unique dual-repellent properties, including hydrophobic and oleophobic performance, making it difficult for dust, bird droppings and oil stains to adhere to the surface. With rainwater washing or wind blowing, stains can be removed more easily, significantly reducing dust shading on photovoltaic glass. This helps solar panels maximize sunlight absorption, maintain high photoelectric conversion efficiency and increase power generation.
High Transparency, Stable Light Transmission
The coating uses a highly transparent nano material formula. After application, it maintains excellent visible light transmission and reduces light reflection loss. While providing corrosion resistance and self-cleaning performance, it does not block sunlight from entering the module, helping photovoltaic cells receive sufficient light and achieve stable power generation performance.
High Hardness and Wear Resistance, Long-Term Physical Protection

After curing, the coating provides high hardness and dense surface protection. It can resist wind-blown sand impact and minor scratches during daily cleaning operations. It not only cushions and protects the glass substrate, but also helps prevent microcrack expansion caused by scratches, ensuring long-term stability of light transmittance and structural strength.

The nano coating adopts a highly transparent material formula. After coating, it can improve the visible light transmittance of glass and reduce reflection loss. While providing anti-corrosion and self-cleaning functions, it does not hinder light incidence. Instead, it helps achieve light transmission gain, allowing photovoltaic cells to receive more sufficient sunlight and maximize power generation benefits.
