Re-yingcai® Antistatic Superhydrophilic Anti-Fouling Nano Coating for PV Panels is a protective treatment independently developed by Dongguan Yingcai New Material. Its inorganic hydrophilic conductive nano system forms a transparent film without blocking light. Permanent antistatic and strong superhydrophilic properties reduce electrostatic dust adhesion, while rainwater forms a continuous water film that carries away sand and contaminants. Designed for desert, coastal, industrial and other heavily polluted PV environments, the coating significantly reduces solar-plant cleaning and O&M costs and provides long-term outdoor stability under ultraviolet exposure.

  • Antistatic Performance

    Built-in conductive nano pathways maintain surface resistance at 10⁸–10⁹ Ω, continuously dissipating static charge and reducing electrostatic dust adhesion, especially in dry and dusty environments.

  • Hydrophilic Self-Cleaning

    Provides superhydrophilic performance with a water contact angle below 15°, allowing rainwater to spread rapidly into a film that wets and removes dust for rain-assisted cleaning.

  • Anti-Fouling & Easy Cleaning

    The low-energy surface weakens contaminant adhesion, allowing ordinary rainwater or low-pressure rinsing to remove dirt and significantly reduce manual cleaning frequency and cost.

  • High Light Transmittance

    The hydrophilic nano coating reduces reflection and maintains a cleaner surface, protecting glass light transmission from dust shading and supporting stable PV power output.

Superhydrophilic Self-Cleaning for Clear, Streak-Free Glass

The coating is superhydrophilic, so water rapidly spreads across its surface as a uniform film instead of forming droplets. When rain or dew reaches the panel, the water film penetrates the interface between dust and glass and carries contaminants away under gravity, enabling rain-assisted self-cleaning. This greatly reduces manual cleaning frequency, prevents dust from blocking sunlight and helps keep PV glass highly transparent for improved power output.

Sustained Power-Generation Gain

By removing shadows caused by inorganic and organic surface contamination, the coating helps maximize PV glass light transmission. Coated modules can deliver higher average daily power output than untreated modules, with particularly strong benefits in dusty, low-rainfall regions. Maintaining the panel in an optimal light-receiving condition supports a better long-term return on solar-plant investment.

Antistatic Dust Control to Reduce Surface Loading

  • After curing, the coating forms a dense protective film with a low coefficient of friction and excellent antistatic performance. It neutralizes or interrupts the buildup of surface charge, reducing the attraction of positively or negatively charged fine dust particles to PV glass. By limiting dust adhesion at the source, it extends manual cleaning intervals and reduces solar-plant O&M costs and labor requirements.

Durable Protection with Stable Weather Resistance

  • In addition to its functional performance, the nano coating provides excellent physical and chemical stability. Its high hardness resists light abrasion from windblown sand, while acid, alkali and salt-spray resistance support operation under large temperature swings, intense ultraviolet exposure and other harsh outdoor conditions. The coating protects PV glass from contamination and corrosion and maintains effective protection for years.
