Re-yingcai® Eco-Friendly Solid Ceramic Filter Plate Cleaner is a proprietary solid compound developed by Yingcai New Materials as a safer alternative to conventional liquid strong-acid cleaners. Its powder form is convenient for transport and storage, has low volatility and produces wastewater that is easier to treat. The formula penetrates ceramic micropores and breaks down calcium carbonate, silicate scale, mineral-slurry deposits and other blockages while preserving pore structure and filter plate service life. It is suitable for regenerative cleaning of ceramic filtration equipment used in iron ore, copper ore, sand tailings, non-metallic minerals, chemical processing and environmental applications.

Simple and Energy-Efficient Operation

Mix the product with water at a 1:10 ratio. Apply vacuum and ultrasonic assistance where available for approximately 30–60 minutes. A working temperature of 30–50°C is recommended for demanding deposits. Rinse with clean water after cleaning; no complex equipment or high-temperature treatment is required.
