Re-yingcai® Zinc Concentrate Ceramic Filter Plate Cleaner (YCA01005M) is a specialized cleaning chemical developed for ceramic filtration systems used in zinc and lead-zinc mineral processing. Its corrosion-inhibited organic-acid formulation penetrates ceramic micropores and removes zinc hydroxide, zinc sulfate, mineral-slime agglomerates and residual flotation reagents. The cleaner helps restore water permeability, improve filtration throughput and reduce vacuum-system energy demand without damaging the ceramic pore structure. It is suitable for online soaking and circulation-spray cleaning during routine filter maintenance.
