Lotus-Leaf Self-Cleaning Effect
A micro- and nanoscale protective structure replicates the lotus-leaf self-cleaning principle. As droplets roll across the surface, they collect dust and other particles, keeping PV panels cleaner and reducing manual washing frequency. This is particularly beneficial for solar-plant maintenance in arid, low-rainfall regions.
Dual Oil-Repellent Barrier
Low-surface-energy technology creates an oil-repellent barrier that makes it difficult for industrial oil mist, bird droppings and other viscous contaminants to adhere. Any contamination that does occur is easy to remove, helping keep PV glass light transmission above 93% over the long term and reducing the risk of hot spots.
Enhanced Power-Generation Performance

Photocuring crosslinking technology gives the coating a hardness of 6H, resistance to 5,000 hours of UV-aging testing and protection against typhoon-driven sand and stone impact. Performance remains stable from -40°C to 120°C, and a single application can provide more than five years of protection.
