Re-yingcai® Iron Concentrate Ceramic Filter Plate Cleaner is a specialized low-corrosion cleaner developed by Yingcai New Material for ceramic filtration equipment used in iron ore beneficiation. It penetrates and lifts iron oxides, clay-rich mineral slurry, sulfate scale and other deposits formed by iron concentrate inside ceramic micropores. The formula is compatible with ceramic filter plates and helps preserve surface integrity while restoring water and air permeability. It can be used for immersion or online spray cleaning and is suitable for iron ore, magnetite and related mineral-processing lines seeking improved dewatering efficiency and lower energy consumption.

The weak-organic-acid and complexing-agent system penetrates ceramic micropores and dissolves iron concentrate fines, iron oxide deposits, calcium carbonate scale and organic residues. Removing these blockages helps restore filtration flux while avoiding the aggressive corrosion associated with conventional mineral-acid cleaning.
Eco-Friendly, Safe and Low-Corrosion
Free from highly aggressive strong acids, strong alkalis and heavy metals. Its soluble organic acids and biodegradable components simplify wastewater treatment. Simple and Energy-Efficient Operation

Dilute the product with water at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:10. Apply vacuum and ultrasonic assistance where available for approximately 30–60 minutes. A working temperature of 30–50°C may be used for difficult deposits. Rinse with clean water after cleaning; no complex equipment or high-temperature treatment is required.
