Yingcai® Super-Hydrophilic Photovoltaic Self-Cleaning Photocatalytic Nano Coating

Yingcai® super-hydrophilic photovoltaic self-cleaning photocatalytic nano coating is a high-performance protective material. Through nano technology, it builds a super-hydrophilic structure on the glass surface, enabling rainwater self-cleaning, anti-static dust resistance, light transmission enhancement and anti-reflection performance.

The coating has a pencil hardness above 5H and excellent wear resistance. With weather resistance lasting more than 5 years, it can significantly reduce cleaning frequency and operation and maintenance costs. It is suitable for various complex environments and can improve module power generation efficiency by 15% to 25% or more, helping photovoltaic power stations achieve long-term performance gains.

  • Self-Cleaning Performance

    Photocatalytic activity helps decompose organic pollutants, while rainwater washing enables self-cleaning without manual intervention. It can reduce the cleaning frequency of photovoltaic panels and glass curtain walls by more than 70%.

High-Efficiency Light Transmission Gain

The coating uses advanced anti-reflection technology to effectively reduce light reflection loss on the photovoltaic glass surface and increase light transmittance. Super-Hydrophilic Self-Cleaning and Dust Resistance

By combining photocatalytic activity with super-hydrophilic performance, the coating forms a water film on the glass surface. Rainwater or condensed water quickly spreads evenly and flows downward, washing away dust, bird droppings and other pollutants. This creates a rain-washing self-cleaning effect, greatly reduces manual cleaning frequency and helps maintain the best power generation condition of the modules.

Photocatalytic Decontamination

  • Under sunlight, especially ultraviolet light, the nano materials in the coating generate a photocatalytic reaction and produce strongly oxidative active groups. These active groups can effectively decompose oil stains, plant sap and other organic pollutants attached to the glass surface, converting them into carbon dioxide and water. This helps eliminate hot spots and power generation losses caused by organic dirt accumulation.
