Re-yingcai® Eco-Friendly Gold Ore Beneficiation Agent

Re-yingcai® YCA02002S is a next-generation cyanide-free gold ore beneficiation and leaching agent formulated with organic chelating and inorganic complexing components. It contains no cyanide ions and is designed as a lower-toxicity processing reagent for mines and precious-metal recovery operations. Suitable for heap leaching, vat leaching, carbon-in-pulp processing and gold recovery from plated scrap, it can be introduced into existing cyanidation production lines without equipment modification while supporting gold recovery, operational safety and environmental compliance.

High Recovery and Fast Leaching

Strong gold-dissolution performance provides 70–80% recovery on conventional ores and more than 95% on suitable high-grade oxidized ores. Faster leaching improves gold liberation, processing throughput and overall economic returns.

Cyanide-Free, Lower-Toxicity Formulation

The formulation contains no highly toxic cyanide ions and can degrade more readily. Process water can be treated through simplified neutralization, while lower toxic residue in tailings helps reduce soil and water contamination risks and supports green-mine standards.

Broad Compatibility with Mainstream Processes

  • Compatible with mainstream heap-leaching, vat-leaching and carbon-in-pulp processes. Existing cyanidation equipment can be used without modification, and the reagent can process various gold ores, gold-bearing tailings and plated scrap, lowering the barrier to production conversion.

Simpler Storage, Transport and Safer Operation
