Efficient, Long-Lasting Self-Cleaning
The coating combines nanoscale hydrophobic materials with photocatalytic technology to create an ultra-smooth surface that repels water and contaminants. Rain or dew beads up and rolls away, carrying dust and organic residues from the surface. Under ultraviolet light, photocatalytic components decompose remaining organic matter to support long-term self-cleaning performance across different climates, substantially reducing PV glass maintenance costs and helping improve power output.
Significant Dust-Resistance Performance
Electrostatic repulsion and a low-surface-energy design reduce the adhesion and accumulation of dust particles. The nanostructure creates a fine barrier that prevents small particles from embedding in the glass, keeping the surface cleaner even in dry or windy conditions. Long-term testing shows a dust-accumulation reduction of more than 70%, helping prevent shading-related power loss and reducing the need for frequent manual dust removal.
Outstanding Light-Transmittance Enhancement

Highly transparent nanomaterials optimize the refractive index of the coated glass and increase light transmission to above 98%. By reducing surface reflection and scattering, more sunlight reaches the PV cells for improved energy conversion. The multilayer structure accommodates different wavelengths and incident angles, supporting higher power output and particularly strong performance under low-light conditions.

Durable and Reliable Wear Resistance

The coating combines high hardness with toughness, and its nanocomposite structure resists physical abrasion and chemical attack. Testing indicates a hardness above 9H together with resistance to windblown sand, rain and UV aging, supporting a service life of more than 10 years.
