Re-yingcai® Acid- and Alkali-Resistant Anti-Corrosion Nano Coating for PV Glass

Yingcai® acid and alkali resistant anti-corrosion nano coating for photovoltaic glass is a special two-component, room-temperature self-drying, long-lasting nano protective coating with excellent resistance to acid, alkali and corrosion.

The coating uses special functional monomers to produce a functional resin through copolymerization, and is combined with special nano particles to form a high-performance nano protective layer. It provides excellent weather resistance, anti-fouling performance, anti-corrosion protection, acid resistance and alkali resistance.

After application, the coating forms a dense protective layer on the surface of photovoltaic glass, helping protect solar modules from harsh outdoor environments, industrial pollution, acid rain and alkaline deposits. The durability of the coating can reach more than 3 years.

  • Self-Cleaning Performance

  • Once cured, the coating forms a hard, dense protective surface that helps withstand windblown sand and minor scratches from routine cleaning.
