Re-yingcai® Eco-Friendly Liquid Ceramic Filter Plate Cleaner is a low-corrosion solution developed by Yingcai New Material for ceramic vacuum filtration equipment used in mining and mineral processing. Unlike conventional strong-acid or strong-alkali cleaners, its biodegradable chelating and dispersing system breaks down mineral slurry, sulfates, carbonates, iron and manganese oxides and other deposits inside ceramic micropores. It rapidly restores water and air permeability, helps extend filter plate service life and produces wastewater that is easier to treat. The cleaner is suitable for online or offline soaking of ceramic filtration equipment used in iron ore, gold ore, non-metallic minerals, metallurgy, chemical processing and related industries.

Unclogs Micropores and Restores Filtration
Rapidly removes mineral slurry, iron and aluminum oxides, metal sulfides such as FeS and CuS, oil, colloidal particles, calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and residual flotation chemicals from ceramic filter surfaces and micropores. By reopening blocked pores, it can restore positive-pressure permeability to over 90% under suitable conditions and improve filtration accuracy, throughput and filter-cake dewatering performance.
Gentle Cleaning for Longer Service Life
The mildly acidic, low-corrosion formula protects the ceramic substrate and micropore structure, helping avoid pore swelling, loss of filtration accuracy and mechanical weakening associated with aggressive cleaners. Corrosion inhibitors and complexing agents provide additional surface protection, helping extend service life by approximately 20%–30% under suitable operating conditions and reducing replacement frequency and maintenance cost.

Effectively removes metal-salt scale, residual processing chemicals and fine particles. It supports online and offline ceramic filter plate cleaning across mining, environmental, chemical and food-processing applications.
Simple and Energy-Efficient Operation

Dilute the product with water at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:10. Apply vacuum and ultrasonic assistance where available for approximately 30–60 minutes. A working temperature of 30–50°C is recommended for demanding deposits. Rinse with clean water after cleaning; no complex equipment or high-temperature treatment is required.
