Re-yingcai® Eco-Friendly Soak-Type Ceramic Filter Plate Cleaner is an immersion cleaning solution developed by Yingcai New Material for ceramic filter plates used in mining and mineral processing. Its low-corrosion organic-acid system breaks down mineral slurry, gypsum, sulfate scale and other hardened deposits inside ceramic micropores without the aggressive action of conventional strong-acid cleaners. Whole batches of filter plates can be immersed for efficient regeneration, helping restore water permeability and filtration throughput. The spent solution is easier to neutralize and treat, making the product suitable for ceramic filtration equipment used in iron ore, gold ore and non-ferrous mineral processing.
