In December 2025, Mr. Ye Pusheng, Chairman and Founder of YINGCAI New Materials, led the company’s management team to visit the CAS Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory. The visit marked an important step for YINGCAI in strengthening industry-university-research cooperation and exploring advanced material technologies.

During the visit, the YINGCAI team gained an in-depth understanding of the laboratory’s latest research achievements in multiple frontier fields. Under the guidance of the laboratory representatives, the team learned about new breakthroughs in ceramic materials, functional materials, and high-tech material applications. These achievements provided valuable inspiration for the future optimization of industrial materials and application-oriented product development.

Technology Highlights

One of the key focuses of this exchange was the development and application potential of advanced ceramic materials. Ceramic materials are widely used in filtration, separation, environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical processing, and other industrial scenarios. Their performance directly affects production efficiency, equipment stability, and long-term operating costs.

For YINGCAI New Materials, the research progress in ceramic materials brought new ideas for the upgrading of ceramic filter plate cleaning technology. Ceramic filter plates are often affected by pore blockage, mineral scale, oil residues, metal salt deposits, and colloidal contaminants during long-term operation. These problems reduce filtration efficiency and shorten equipment service life.
