Sina reports on Yingcai New Material’s eco-friendly ceramic filter plate cleaner and its value in mining-equipment cleaning, filtration-system maintenance and green mine development.

Sina recently published a report titled “Yingcai New Material’s Eco-Friendly Ceramic Filter Plate Cleaner Supports Green Mine Development.” The report noted that ceramic filter plates are critical components in mineral processing, directly affecting filtration efficiency, filter-cake moisture, equipment stability and operating costs. Traditional cleaning has relied heavily on strong acids such as nitric acid, creating challenges including equipment corrosion, operational hazards, complex wastewater treatment and environmental pressure.

Against this background, Dongguan Yingcai New Material Technology Co., Ltd. developed an eco-friendly ceramic filter plate cleaner as an effective alternative to conventional nitric-acid cleaning. The product provides a more competitive solution for mine-equipment cleaning, filtration-system maintenance and environmentally responsible industrial cleaning.

Ye Pusheng, founder and chairman of Yingcai New Material, said the company aims to help mining enterprises solve practical production challenges through eco-friendly cleaners and green chemical technologies, turning environmental innovation into real productivity.

The report also cited Yang Ming, General Manager of Yingcai New Material’s Mining Division, who said in an interview with Guangdong Television that the company remains committed to a development strategy of green empowerment across the entire industrial chain. It continues to innovate in mine environmental protection, industrial cleaning-agent development and advanced-material applications. In 2021, Yingcai New Material successfully developed China’s first eco-friendly ceramic filter plate cleaner, helping move mine cleaning away from traditional strong-acid methods toward safer, functional and sustainable solutions.

Compared with conventional strong-acid cleaning, Yingcai New Material’s ceramic filter plate cleaner uses an environmentally responsible formulation designed to combine effective cleaning with equipment protection, safer handling and reduced environmental impact. It can be used for ceramic filter plates, mining equipment and filtration-system maintenance.

The company continues to refine its cleaning technology for different minerals, blockage mechanisms and operating conditions. These solutions help restore filter-plate permeability, improve filtration efficiency, reduce cleaning-related downtime and lower equipment-maintenance costs.

According to Sina, the eco-friendly ceramic filter plate cleaner has been widely adopted in China’s mining market and has entered the supply systems of major enterprises including China Minmetals, Aluminum Corporation of China, Zijin Mining and Fuyao Glass. This demonstrates strong market recognition in both mining and industrial cleaning applications.

The report emphasized that the green transformation of mining extends beyond energy systems and large equipment. Specialized processes such as equipment cleaning, maintenance and pollution control are equally important, and environmentally responsible cleaning technology is becoming a practical driver of green mine development.
